Kenneth Brossoie is an independent filmmaker from Ellicott City, MD who currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
Brossoie attended Towson University where he was a two time recipient of the Student Film Award from the Maryland Film Industry Coalition. He has directed, produced and written numerous award winning short films and has crewed for major productions including Sundance Selection Strawberry Mansion, HBO’s We Own This City and Special Ops: Lioness for Paramount.
Brossoie is known for his stylized filmmaking techniques, efficient production value and inspired storytelling.
His debut feature, Starstruck! is currently in its 2025 festival run.
